Can waiting and a return journey be part of the arrangement?
They can when they are available within the selected service and specified and confirmed in advance. Waiting and return journeys are not automatically included in every request.
What happens if the event schedule changes?
Changes are reviewed against the specific engagement, reserved period and availability. Approval of a change is not automatic.
Is the booking confirmed immediately after I send the request?
