Separate transport for your guests

The principal vehicle can remain dedicated to the couple while family and guests are organised separately.

We can plan extra vehicles and separate pickups for family and guests. The couple’s car follows their schedule while other passengers have their own arranged transport.

    Waiting and return transportation are organised only when included and confirmed in the specific arrangement.

Frequently asked questions about wedding transportation

How early should we send the request?

Send the request as soon as you know the date and the basic schedule. Vehicle availability and the transport organisation are checked for the specific date before final confirmation.

Can you organise transportation for guests as well?

Yes. We can arrange transport for family and guests, checking vehicle numbers and classes against passengers, timings and availability.

Can we use several vehicles and different vehicle classes?

Yes. Different vehicle classes can be included in the same wedding plan, subject to review and confirmation.

Can the chauffeur wait during the ceremony or photography, and can you organise the return?

Waiting and return transportation are possible when included in the request in advance and confirmed as part of the individual arrangement. They are not automatically included.

Is vehicle decoration included?

Not automatically. You can include special vehicle-presentation requirements in the enquiry and the team will confirm what can form part of the specific arrangement.

Is the booking confirmed immediately after I submit the request?

No. The team first checks the date, vehicle availability, schedule and operational details, then confirms the arrangements personally.
